This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 2:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Late Check-out Hour: 2:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: 30%

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 2:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancellation Policies :

Flexible if one make cancellation before five days.
Incase you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable on the booking.

Terms and Conditions

CHECK IN POLICY: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel. It is a mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check in. According to government regulations, a valid photo ID has to be carried by the person above 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are driving license, Id card and passport.
PETS POLICY: Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
HYGIENE AND CONDUCT: Should any action by a guest be deemed impropriate by the hotel, or if, any impropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated to take action.

Guest shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to the hotel asset. Guest shall keep the hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
CONTACT POLICIES: Guest may be contacted closer to their check in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. IN case we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts , and the booking may be put on hold or cancelled.
SMOKING POLICY: We really take pride in keeping all our room and clean, and discourage smoking in the rooms. In case guests wish to smoke ,the reception will be happy to help.
